pH Neutral Cleaning Technology
for Industrial Applications
for Industrial Applications
OUR PRODUCTS MAKE DANGEROUS ACID & ALKALINE CLEANERS OBSOLETE
We formulate pH neutral cleaners that outperform and replace hazardous alkaline and acidic industrial cleaners used to prepare surfaces for coating and many other cleaning applications. Our formulas enhance employee and environmental safety, reduce maintenance on equipment, and save money across a limitless range of industrial applications including metal parts washing, floor cleaning, equipment maintenance, surface preparation, and more.
BENEFITS
Click the tabs below to learn how our pH-neutral cleaners outperform traditional hazardous alkaline and acidic products.
Finish Quality and Adhesion
- Opened nooks/pores or receptor sights create better tooth for paint
- Soils completely removed leads to better adhesion
- No etching of surfaces necessary for powder coating to bond properly
- Enhanced drying minimizes water spots
Safety/Environment
- Non hazmat materials are safer for employees
- No need for special hazmat shipping or material handling
- Neutral cleaners should never be dumped directly into the environment
Eased Regulatory Compliance
- No need for hazmat reporting or compliance (SARA title III)
- Can be approved for non-hazmat removal depending on local municipality rules
- Reduced need for hazmat clean-up equipment and materials
- No need for hazmat specialized material handling equipment
Lower Cost
- Pre-treatment equipment can cost significantly less because fewer pre-treatment steps are needed
- Increased efficiency = lower cost
- Less machinery = smaller production footprint
- No hazmat disposal nor shipping costs
- Lower chemical inventory
50%VOC emission reduction
99% reduction in rejection rate
$12,000 annual chemical savings
APPLICATION PROCESSES

Spray Washing
- Used successfully in a variety of conveyor spray washers from several manufacturers
- Spray pressures ranging from 20 psi to 200 psi with wash temperatures from 130°F (54°C) to 200°F (93°C)
- Normally existing washers that have used strong alkaline cleaners can be neutralized to transition to pH Neutral products
Immersion Washing
- Wash temperatures from 130°F (54°C) to 200°F (93°C)
- Extended bath life over alkaline baths
- No requirement for second bath for neutralizing alkalinity
- pH Neutral chemicals extend equipment life, wear on components and parts, and lowers maintenance requirements
Vibratory Burr Removal
- Extends life of abrasive materials
- Reduced wear on equipment
- No need for secondary wash to neutralize alkaline products
Pressure Washing
- Wash temperatures from 130°F (54°C) to 200°F (93°C)
- Will not harm plant life or surroundings
- No wear on internal pressure washer parts
